The Korean American Scholarship for High School Seniors
The Minnesota Association for Korean Americans (MAKA) is awarding a limited number of scholarships to Minnesota high school seniors of Korean origin/heritage who plan to pursue a higher education. The Committee will review the application materials submitted by each student and award a non-renewable $500-$2000 Scholarship.
These scholarships are an attempt to enhance the positive self-esteem of students of Korean heritage and to encourage their pursuit of a college degree. All interested individuals are encouraged to apply.
Below is the information for scholarships to be awarded to students who are entering their senior year of high school in September 2011, and will be graduating in May or June 2012. Please send us a query using the Contact form if you have any further questions.

Please note that in the past we required letters of recommendation from a teacher and outside activity. This is no longer a requirement.
